Is KindHealth a Dispensary?

NO. KindHealth is not a dispensary and does not sell medical cannabis or CBD products. We are a medical marijuana doctor office performing medical marijuana evaluations for patients for the Florida OMMU Registry. Dispensaries or Florida marijuana cannabis dispensaries (MMTCs) are state-affiliated 'pharmacies'. Florida residents voted to make medical marijuana legal in November 2016. The possibility of legal recreational cannabis still up in the air. With the legalization of medical marijuana, a change in ideology towards cannabis reform in the American south is starting a sea change. Under the new laws, Florida residents with physician-approved debilitating medical conditions have safe, legal access to medical marijuana products. They are the only entities who can sell medical marijuana.

Our office does not sell any weed, CBD, or cannabis-related products. Our doctors are alternative medicine practitioners. We specialize in assessing qualified patients for their Florida medical weed cards under the new state medical marijuana law. Our services are paid for by cash or credit. Health insurance does not cover any type of marijuana-related transactions.
