Keep it Civil and Friendly
Although the freedom of speech guaranteed by the 1st Amendment gives you the right to express yourself, there is a line between appropriate and inappropriate speech. The law prohibits defamatory statements including accusatory statements that are untrue or not yet proven. But keep things friendly and courteous. If you’ve had a negative experience, instead of pointing an angry finger, a credible approach is to simply explain what took place in a calm and sober tone. Leave it to future readers of your review to draw their own conclusions.

Comment on a Range of Service Aspects.
Help readers stand in your shoes. Explain which factors contributed to your positive, negative or just so-so experience. Offering a more complete review reflects a picture of your overall experience. Sharing your view on what we did well or poorly, and how we can improve.

Be Detailed, Specific, and Honest.
Write it from your own individual perspective, keeping it honest and factual. Include enough detail to give others a feel for what your experience was like. The more specific you can be the more useful your review is. This provides the most constructive and polite feedback to help future readers learn from your experiences.

Leave out Links and Personal Information
Although the majority of you have good intentions, it may be tempting to highlight exceptionally good or poor customer service by naming the doctor who certified you. While this is acceptable, we suggest you keep your review general to adhere to privacy laws.
